About the role

FedEx Sunshine Coast is seeking reliable courier drivers for its Maroochydore hub. This permanent, full‑time position offers stable weekday shifts with no weekend work, allowing you to focus on delivering parcels safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a company‑provided vehicle to collect, transport, and deliver packages across the Sunshine Coast region.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and complete required paperwork.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, traffic regulations, and FedEx operational standards.
• Provide courteous, customer‑focused service during each interaction.
• Participate in regular vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Full working rights in Australia.
• Valid Medium Rigid driver’s licence with a clean driving history (no more than 6 demerit points in the past three years).
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening, driving assessment, criminal history check, and fitness evaluation.
• Positive attitude and a customer‑focused mindset.
