Counter Coverage Consultant – Luxury Beauty Advisor

About the role

Chanel is seeking a Counter Coverage Consultant to support its boutique and counter teams across Sydney, the Gold Coast and potentially Brisbane. In this mobile beauty‑advisor role you will travel between locations, delivering personalized beauty consultations and ensuring each store meets its daily performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one beauty consultations, make‑overs and product recommendations for walk‑in and existing clients.
• Act as an ambassador for Chanel fragrance and beauty collections, introducing new customers to the brand.
• Maintain Chanel’s high standards of in‑store presentation, grooming and customer experience.
• Collaborate with store teams, corporate functions and external partners to guarantee seamless operations.
• Adapt schedule to varied retail hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet coverage needs.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with a client‑focused mindset.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of beauty industry trends and Chanel product range.
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation in line with Chanel guidelines.
• Flexibility to work a varied roster and travel between locations.

Required skills

• In‑depth product knowledge of Chanel beauty and fragrance lines.
