About the role

Lala Hospitality Group runs five Canberra venues (Molly, VICE, Highball, 88mph and Amici Wine Bar & Deli) and is looking for cooks for its kitchens, which are described as fast, focused and run by people who care about what they produce. The vacancies are permanent part-time and casual positions across all five venues.

Required profile

• Experience in a professional kitchen
• Formal culinary qualifications or equivalent experience
• Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge
• Ability to work well under pressure without cutting corners
• Collaborative attitude and respect for colleagues
• Current and valid right to work in Australia (evidence required before starting)
