Contracts Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Contracts Manager to join our Commercial team in Perth. The role will own the full lifecycle of client contracts, acting as the main liaison between customers and internal functions such as operations, finance and legal. You will ensure contractual obligations are understood, monitored and delivered while driving commercial value.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate contract, communications and rates registers with version control.
• Capture all contractual records and client interactions in HubSpot.
• Monitor contractual obligations, timelines and compliance requirements.
• Review rise and fall calculations, CPI/PPI escalations, rate reviews and financial triggers.
• Support budgeting and forecasting by aligning commercial terms.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on contractual matters and build strong commercial relationships.
• Provide contract summaries, risk insights and briefings to leadership.
• Track contractual KPIs, identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with legal counsel on risk, disputes and contract variations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing client contracts end‑to‑end.
• Strong ability to interpret complex contracts and spot risks or opportunities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time‑management.
• Commercially astute with sound judgement and problem‑solving capability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HubSpot for contract and client data management.
