Contract Administrator - Data Centre Projects

About the role

Built is recruiting a Contract Administrator for its major data centre projects in Marsden Park, Sydney. The role supports the team in managing cost, mitigating risk and delivering strong contractual outcomes, working closely with Project Managers, Engineers and Site teams. It suits someone who wants to build commercial capability in a fast-paced, technically complex environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support trade scoping, procurement and subcontractor engagement
• Measure and value works, including progress claims and variations
• Assist with cost control, forecasting and financial reporting
• Interpret contracts and support administration of contractual obligations
• Contribute to managing commercial risk and resolving project challenges

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or similar
• Experience in a Contract Administrator or similar role (typically 5-7+ years)
• Foundational knowledge of cost management, contract administration and commercial processes
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across project teams
