Content Studio Producer

About the role

Reece is looking for a Producer for its in-house Content Studio in Cremorne. Reporting to the Content Studio Lead, you will manage productions from the approved brief to the final asset, keeping projects on time, on budget and true to the creative vision. You will bring together the studio team, colleagues from across Reece and external partners to deliver photography, video, digital campaigns and print materials.

Key responsibilities

• Turn creative briefs into clear production plans, managing schedules, budgets and day-to-day delivery.
• Coordinate shoots, bringing together talent, crew, equipment, locations and products.
• Manage print production and handovers with suppliers and media partners.
• Keep feedback and approvals moving, oversee editing and retouching, and ensure final assets are ready for handover or publishing.
• Work with the Traffic and Production Manager to plan around studio capacity and campaign priorities.
• Build strong relationships with teams and production partners and improve how work is organised across the studio.

Required profile

• At least five years' experience in production, campaign operations or content production.
• Experience delivering photography, video, digital campaigns and print projects from brief to final delivery.
• Organised, proactive and calm under pressure; enjoys working with creative people and finding practical solutions.

Required skills

• Managing budgets, timelines and stakeholder expectations, with experience working alongside suppliers, agencies and production partners.
• Familiarity with project management tools and creative workflows.
• Experience with retail, trade, home improvement or consumer brands is a bonus.
• Familiarity with paid media production and dispatch, including material information spreadsheets.
