About the role
The Content Marketing Officer will lead the planning, creation, and delivery of content across digital, social, web, and print channels for a leading higher‑education organisation. You will manage end‑to‑end campaigns, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and ensure all output meets brand and compliance standards while driving engagement through data‑informed decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi‑channel content strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Produce, edit, and proofread content for digital, social, web, and print platforms.
- Manage full campaign lifecycles, from brief to delivery, coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
- Monitor performance metrics, apply SEO best practices, and optimise content based on analytics insights.
- Maintain brand consistency and compliance across all communications.
Required profile
- Proven experience creating content for a variety of platforms.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Demonstrated project‑management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with CMS, digital tools, and structured content workflows.
- Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and digital best practices.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
