Content Developer (Higher Education)

About the role

Torrens University Australia is looking for a passionate and experienced Content Developer with subject matter expertise to work closely with the Product Innovation Team and academic staff. The role ensures that on-campus and online course material for higher education courses is developed according to the development schedule and reviewed to comply with relevant standards. This is a 14-week casual position with an attractive hourly rate and the potential to be extended.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and write tertiary-level course materials following content writer briefs
• Ensure course material meets regulatory requirements and can be reused for different intakes
• Deliver material within the timeframes of the content development schedule
• Review material against AQF standards, professional body compliance and the course and subject scope
• Write, review and edit assessment briefs, assessment tools and assessment rubrics
