About the role

As a Contact Centre Consultant – Outbound you will proactively engage with customers, understand their health cover needs and help them make informed decisions. The role blends exceptional customer service with achieving business outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.

• Confident communicator with resilience and a positive mindset.

• Curious and keen to understand customer needs.
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Relevant experience in customer service, outbound sales, retention, fundraising, hospitality, retail or contact centres is valued.
• Right attitude, energy and willingness to learn.
