Construction Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager (Foreman/Carpenter) to lead fast‑paced commercial fit‑out projects across Sydney. You will oversee daily site activities, coordinate trades, and ensure high‑quality workmanship while maintaining safety and client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors/trades.
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, scopes, and specifications.
• Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Identify and resolve issues on‑site promptly.
• Coordinate material deliveries, site access, and logistics.
• Assist with hands‑on carpentry or joinery work when required.
• Maintain professional site environment and represent the company positively.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Foreman, Site Manager, Leading Hand, or skilled Carpenter in commercial fit‑out.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction sequencing.
• Ability to manage multiple trades in a fast‑paced environment.
• White Card and a valid driver’s licence (own transport preferred).
