Construction Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead on‑site delivery of utility‑scale renewable energy projects. You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure WHS compliance.
• Monitor progress and resolve on‑site challenges.
• Ensure quality standards and project specifications are met.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction or infrastructure.
• Renewable energy project experience (solar, wind, or BESS highly regarded).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Solid understanding of Australian construction and safety standards.
• Willingness to work on‑site and travel as required.
