Construction Labourer

About the role

Loading and unloading trucks while ensuring all equipment is correctly loaded and secured. Transporting, erecting and dismantling site safety products across construction sites.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, verify equipment matches pick lists and secure loads.
• Transport, erect and dismantle height‑safety systems such as guardrails, edge protection and scaffolding.
• Prepare and submit reports, truck maintenance records, work method statements and other required documentation.

Required profile

• Construction Induction Card (White Card) – essential.
• Current driver’s licence with own transport – essential.
• Availability Monday‑Friday, 40‑45 hours per week.
• Minimum 12 months experience in the building and construction industry or equivalent transferable skills.
• Willingness to obtain an MR truck licence and a Scaffold Basic licence (or already hold them).

Required skills

• White Card certification.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Truck operation licence (MR).
• Scaffold assembly licence.
