Construction Electrical Supervisor

About the role

WA Smart Services Group is seeking a proactive Construction Electrical Supervisor to join its Perth team. This full‑time, hybrid position will lead electrical installations on commercial and industrial projects while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee electrical installations and maintenance activities on construction sites.
• Ensure compliance with all electrical safety standards and regulations.
• Manage, schedule, and coordinate electrical teams and subcontractors.
• Liaise with clients to define project requirements and expectations.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical challenges in the field.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical installations, maintenance, and emergency repair processes.
• Proven experience leading and supervising teams on construction or industrial projects.
• Project‑management capability, including schedule, budget, and quality control.
• Understanding of electrical safety compliance and relevant regulations.
• Effective communication skills for client and team interaction.
• Trade qualifications or certifications with a valid WA electrical licence.
• Previous experience in commercial or industrial electrical projects is highly desirable.
