Connections Planner

About the role

The Connections Planner will lead the strategic development of communication ecosystems that deliver customer and market experience impact, creating long-lasting brand experiences. This project‑specialist role focuses on solving social and connection challenges with smart, strategic solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Bridge strategy and creative, orchestrating creative, media, digital, social and experiential touchpoints.
• Design integrated campaigns that combine paid, owned and earned channels, translating consumer data into actionable creative briefs.
• Establish measurement frameworks linking campaign KPIs to business objectives.
• Stay ahead of emerging media, technology and cultural trends, identifying opportunities in social search, content and connections strategy.
• Collaborate with creative directors, strategy and media partners to ensure insight‑driven, channel‑optimised work.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in consumer journey mapping and touchpoint identification.
• In‑depth knowledge of traditional and digital marketing channels.
• Strong understanding of data‑driven creative processes and performance measurement.
• Familiarity with emerging marketing technologies and platforms.
