Concrete Repair Technician (Casual)

About the role

SRG Global is looking for Concrete Repair Technicians to join its Remediation team for ongoing work in Newcastle, NSW on a casual basis. Candidates must be based in Newcastle, Muswellbrook or Port Macquarie, NSW.

Key responsibilities

• Concrete repair and grouting
• Crack repair
• Treatment and/or replacement of corroded reinforcement
• Carbon fibre strengthening
• Application of protective coatings

Required profile

• Concrete cutting and breaking experience
• Experience in trowel-applied cement repairs
• White Card
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
• Australian working rights
• Driver's licence

Required skills

• Highly regarded: cathodic protection, crack injection, grouting and formwork experience
• Desirable: Working at Height, High Risk Work Licence (EWP, dogging, rigging), Forklift Operator or Crane Operator licence
