Concrete Batcher – Full‑time onsite role

About the role

Join Heidelberg Materials' concrete plant team in Burleigh Heads as a Concrete Batcher. You will be responsible for managing the batching and loading of concrete trucks, ensuring timely deliveries and high product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage batching and loading of the fleet for delivery to customers.
• Plan and allocate fleet to maximise productivity, utilisation and efficiency.
• Engage with customers, respond to enquiries and monitor orders to meet quality requirements.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, safety‑focused team player able to work long hours.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, able to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Willingness to undergo pre‑employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.

Required skills

• Concrete batching (experience preferred but training provided).
• Front End Loader operation.
• Forklift operation (ticket advantageous, can be obtained on the job).
