Concierge – Luxury Hotel Guest Services

About the role

The Concierge at Park Hyatt Sydney delivers personalised guest experiences by providing expert advice, reservations and local recommendations. You will act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring every interaction reflects the hotel’s high standards of luxury and service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a professional demeanor.
• Serve as the main reference for guest inquiries, wishes and requirements.
• Understand each guest’s preferences and suggest tailored activities, dining, and attractions.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of the hotel’s facilities and Sydney’s venues, businesses and events.
• Respond promptly to complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Provide maps, directions and transportation options.
• Assist with on‑site events such as weddings and corporate meetings.
• Develop and expand a network of local contacts to enhance guest recommendations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Concierge in a five‑star hotel or comparable luxury environment.
• Professional presentation and outstanding guest‑service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with high attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced setting.
• Extensive knowledge of Sydney and surrounding areas.
• Valid visa to work in Australia.
