About the role
Join a leading property brand as the face of a premium commercial precinct in Adelaide. The Concierge & Community Manager will be the first point of contact for tenants, visitors and customers, delivering seamless front-of-house service and supporting vibrant community activities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide concierge services and manage visitor enquiries, bookings and lobby presentation from 8 am‑2 pm.
- Deliver exceptional front-of-house customer experience and uphold service standards.
- Plan, coordinate and support events, activations and placemaking initiatives across the office precinct.
- Engage with tenants onsite and digitally through apps and social platforms.
- Create content and communications to foster community engagement.
- Build strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders and operations teams.
- Assist with building events, activations and experience delivery.
Required profile
- Previous experience in concierge, hospitality, customer experience or property services.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Passion for customer service, events and community building.
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with exposure to digital engagement tools (apps, social media) desirable.
- Experience in commercial property, hotels or premium environments is a plus.
