About the role
Join one of Australia’s leading Competition & Consumer Law teams as an Associate, working on high‑profile matters for Australian and international clients. You will collaborate with senior partners and contribute to complex investigations, litigation and advisory work.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with ACCC investigations and enforcement actions.
- Support domestic and global merger clearances and competition litigation, including cartel matters.
- Prepare authorisations, exemption applications and consumer law advisory mandates.
- Work closely with clients and international law firms to deliver outcomes across diverse sectors.
Required profile
- At least 3+ years post‑qualification experience in competition and consumer law at a reputable firm or regulator.
- Strong technical, analytical, drafting and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Commercial, pragmatic approach to client service and solution identification.
- Excellent communication, client management and teamwork skills.
- Curiosity, commitment to continuous learning and interest in business development.
