Community Registered Nurse (Central Coast)

About the role

A growing Central Coast team is looking for a compassionate, organised Registered Nurse to deliver one-on-one, high-quality care to clients in their own homes. The role is community-based, offers autonomy and builds lasting relationships with clients and their families. It is a casual position with ongoing availability on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, and an immediate start is available.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 clinical care in clients' homes
• Medication administration, including IV antibiotics and insulin
• Clinical observations and comprehensive assessments
• Wound care (basic and complex)
• Catheter care (IDC and SPC)
• Enteral feeding support and PICC line management
• Palliative care support

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience; community nursing experience desirable but not essential
• Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Current (or willingness to obtain) police check, first aid and CPR certification, Working with Children Check and NDIS worker screening check
