Community Physiotherapist (Part-Time)

About the role

Macedon Ranges Health, supported by Benetas, is looking for a Grade 2 Physiotherapist, or an experienced Grade 1 ready to take the next step, to join its Allied Health team in Gisborne. This is a 12-month, part-time position of about 0.6 FTE, working three days per week, Monday to Wednesday, 8.30am to 4.30pm; alternative days may be agreed. You will help people across the Macedon Ranges improve their mobility, independence and quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage musculoskeletal, neurological, chronic and age-related conditions
• Develop individualised treatment plans and deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions in clinic and home settings
• Provide individual consultations and run selected group programs
• Support clients to improve mobility, independence and wellbeing
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues, families and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration
• Grade 2 experience, or solid Grade 1 experience with readiness to progress
• Valid Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain one
