Community Nurse – Adelaide (Full Time)

About the role

Kirinari Community Services is seeking passionate Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care within community settings across Adelaide and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Provide person‑centred nursing care to clients in community and home settings.
• Conduct client assessments and develop individual care plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality services.
• Travel to client locations across Adelaide and surrounding areas as required.

Required profile

• Current unrestricted Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum three years of nursing experience, preferably in disability, mental health or aged‑care community settings.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary service and strong interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of clinical challenges in community/home care and quality‑improvement frameworks.
• Knowledge of the NDIS framework, safeguarding and safe‑care practices.
