Community Manager – Seachange Emerald Lakes

About the role

We are looking for a Community Manager to join our team at the Seachange Emerald Lakes site. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will lead day‑to‑day community operations and create a welcoming environment where residents feel connected and valued.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding resident experiences measured through satisfaction surveys and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Oversee community presentation standards, occupancy, tenancy administration and resident engagement activities.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, planning and P&L outcomes.
• Design and run lifestyle, wellbeing and connection programmes to foster community spirit.
• Lead, motivate and support team members and contractors to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• Experience managing resident or customer relationships in property, hospitality, aged‑care or community settings.
• Proven ability to lead daily operations while balancing competing priorities.
• Experience handling budgets, P&L performance or other commercial outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage challenging or emotionally charged situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Visible, hands‑on leadership style, comfortable being the go‑to person for residents, teams and stakeholders.
