Community Lead – 12‑Month Contract in Brisbane

About the role

The Community Lead will be the primary point of contact for members at the Brisbane WeWork location, ensuring a high‑quality experience, driving engagement, and supporting member retention throughout a 12‑month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quarterly business reviews with owned accounts to maximise membership value.
• Anticipate member and guest needs and personalise experiences using collected data.
• Follow up in‑person on negative feedback from conference rooms, tickets or Medallia responses.
• Resolve issues according to severity, ensuring solutions meet member expectations.
• Support front‑desk coverage schedules to maintain consistent onsite presence.
• Lead pre‑move‑in meetings, new member orientation and curate onboarding materials.
• Conduct move‑out interviews to capture departing member insights.
• Plan, execute and evaluate community events based on member interests and attendance metrics.
• Analyse Medallia data to identify improvement areas and implement proactive changes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community or member‑experience roles, preferably within flexible‑workspace environments.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
• Data‑driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
