About the role
We are seeking a proactive, commercially‑minded Community & Creator Specialist to build and grow TP‑Link’s customer, KOC and creator ecosystem in Australia. The role focuses on developing owned communities, recruiting micro‑influencers and creators, and turning these relationships into authentic content, engagement and sales.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage owned and external customer communities, driving engagement through content, activities and nurturing members into brand advocates and KOCs.
- Identify, recruit and manage Australian KOCs, micro‑influencers and creators across key social platforms, handling outreach, product seeding, UGC delivery and affiliate/referral programmes.
- Create and optimise authentic reviews, tutorials and product demonstrations, track performance and continuously improve traffic, conversion and revenue.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in community management, creator/influencer marketing, affiliate marketing or related fields.
- Proven experience working with external partners, customers or online audiences.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
- Data‑driven mindset with solid Excel/Google Sheets and performance‑tracking skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English and ability to work independently.
