Community Coordinator (Spanish speaking)

About the role

KICK is looking for a bilingual Community Coordinator to lead its Spanish‑speaking audience across LATAM. You will shape the brand’s presence on social platforms and at live events, driving engagement and loyalty among millions of gamers and creators.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product adoption on X, Instagram, Reddit and KICK through replies, direct messages and community bounties.
• Foster parasocial relationships on Discord by personifying brand avatars.
• Represent KICK at events such as DreamHack, CCXP and Comic Con to build advocacy.
• Gather and curate community insights for actionable business decisions.
• Create English and Spanish marketing collateral in partnership with Content and Design teams.
• Maintain and protect the brand’s tone of voice across all channels.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Comfortable using X, Instagram, Reddit and Discord.
• Passionate about gaming, sports, television and internet culture.
• In tune with Gen Z trends and an active viewer or streamer.

Required skills

• Adobe Suite or similar production software.
