Communications & Engagement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Communications & Engagement Specialist to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on restaurant partners through effective communication and engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver impactful communications for restaurant partners.
• Audit and refine content across digital, SMS, and in‑tool channels.
• Coordinate engagement events such as advisory forums.
• Support end‑to‑end project delivery in communications and experience workstreams.
• Partner with sales teams to troubleshoot challenges using data‑driven insights.
• Leverage AI tools to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree minimum.
• 2+ years of experience in customer communication, engagement, operations, or insights.
• Strong written communication, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• SQL/QueryBuilder (a plus).
