Communications Advisor (Perth)

About the role

Fujitsu is seeking a Communications Advisor to support a major client in Perth CBD. The role is office‑based and focuses on driving stakeholder engagement, facilitating change adoption, and delivering clear, targeted communications across multiple technology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and tracking of stakeholder and communications engagement across the Technology Division.
• Promote awareness of projects and initiatives throughout the organisation.
• Support management and teams in creating engaging communications using a variety of channels aligned with change‑management activities.
• Translate technical terminology into employee‑friendly language and produce briefing packs for up‑skilling stakeholders.
• Prepare communication reports, maintain business communication databases, and ensure compliance with organisational processes.
• Create internal news articles, presentations, intranet pages, how‑to videos, guides, and other media content.
• Conduct surveys and assessments to gauge project readiness and adoption.
• Analyse communication outcomes, identify risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Required profile

• A degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Change Management or a related field, or equivalent workplace experience.
• Minimum 4 years of communications experience, preferably in technology environments.
• Proven experience in business and project communications, working collaboratively across diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of communication principles, best practices, and change‑management methodologies.
• Experience interacting with senior management and delivering stakeholder‑focused communications.

Required skills

• Intranet content creation and management.
• Business communication database maintenance.
