Commercial Systems & Analytics Analyst

About the role

Join the team that powers iconic brands such as Kleenex®, Cottonelle®, and Scott® in Australia and New Zealand. You will combine commercial systems expertise, Power BI reporting, and business analytics to support decision‑making across Family Care and Professional businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Support and optimise Trade Promotion Management (TPM) systems, including the transition from Promax to Visual Fabrique.
• Act as the TPM subject‑matter expert, providing user support, governance, training and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that enable commercial decision‑making.
• Deliver analysis on trade spend effectiveness, ROI, pricing, margin and sales performance.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Category and Demand Planning teams to translate business questions into actionable insights.
• Support data integrity, reporting governance and process improvements.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Experience in commercial systems, business analytics or a related field.
• Strong Power BI reporting and dashboard development experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical problem‑solving capability.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to deliver reporting and analytical solutions.
