Commercial Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

As a Commercial Supply Chain Specialist you will be at the heart of Alcoa’s global network, linking customers, suppliers, traders and logistics partners to ensure seamless product flow from contract to delivery. Reporting to the Commercial Supply Chain Supervisor, you will own an assigned customer portfolio and drive end‑to‑end commercial transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full commercial transaction cycle for an assigned portfolio, from contract execution through order processing, shipping, invoicing and payment collection.
• Ensure compliance with global trade regulations, local tax rules, legal governance and internal controls such as SOX and audit requirements.
• Coordinate critical supply‑chain activities including order fulfilment, import/export documentation, pricing, hedging, invoicing and revenue collection support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, traders, agents and internal teams, delivering exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
• Contribute to business performance by providing accurate forecasting inputs, sharing best practices and supporting regional improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualification in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in end‑to‑end commercial supply‑chain processes.
• Strong commercial acumen, problem‑solving ability and a customer‑first mindset.
