Commercial Sales & Product Manager

About the role

Rynat Industries is seeking a Commercial Sales & Product Manager to lead its growing Washroom Accessories division. This role combines sales, product management and project support, offering the chance to shape an important business unit within an established Australian company.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Washroom Accessories division and drive its growth.
• Prepare quotations, follow up enquiries and support major commercial projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Negotiate supplier pricing and identify new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with estimating and project teams to provide product advice and value‑engineered alternatives.
• Contribute to the Complete Washrooms online store through product content and customer experience improvements.
• Identify and implement improvements to systems, processes and profitability.

Required profile

• Enjoys taking ownership and seeing projects through to completion.
• Organised, proactive and commercially minded.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving orientation.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and typical business software.
