Commercial Manager

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Commercial Manager to provide commercial oversight across its Victorian infrastructure portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, you will work closely with project teams to optimise margins, manage risk and support the delivery of complex transport, water and social projects in Melbourne.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cost, value and contract deliverables across multiple projects.
• Administer head contracts using best‑practice governance.
• Identify and mitigate commercial and supply‑chain risks.
• Develop and maintain senior stakeholder relationships.
• Create procurement strategies that maximise value for money.
• Negotiate contract terms and resolve commercial disputes.
• Coach and mentor commercial and project personnel.

Required profile

• Degree in Commerce, Finance, Law or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in commercial and contract management.
• Strong track record negotiating major contracts.
• Sound understanding of risk, procurement and financial analysis.
