Commercial Finance Analyst

About the role

The Commercial Finance Analyst will support the Finance Manager by delivering efficient, standardised reporting, planning and analysis for the Client Partnership Division. This role partners with business leaders to align operations with strategy and drive long‑term profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Create, consolidate and own the initial budget, monthly financial results and quarterly forecasts across all revenue and expenditure lines.
• Partner with key stakeholders to drive sound commercial decisions and implement strategic process improvements.
• Deliver high‑quality reporting that combines financial and non‑financial metrics, highlighting market trends and lag indicators.
• Analyse performance trends and drivers to explain variances between actual results, budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance to identify and manage risks and opportunities.
• Develop actionable recommendations to enhance portfolio budget management and operational efficiencies.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a similar finance role and CA/CPA qualified.
• Strong commercial mindset with expertise in revenue and cost management.
• Strategic thinker and self‑starter with a practical, commercial approach.
• Exceptional analytical, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Highly resilient with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
