Cloud Engineer – Managed Services (Canberra)

About the role

Centorrino Technologies is looking for a Cloud Engineer to join its Managed Services team in Canberra. You will design, deliver and support secure, scalable cloud solutions for enterprise and government clients across Microsoft Azure, M365, AVD and hybrid environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, support and maintain Azure‑based solutions and related Microsoft cloud services.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 operational support for ICT systems, handling incidents, requests, problems and changes following ITIL practices.
• Troubleshoot and manage technologies such as Azure AD/Entra ID, Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online/Hybrid), Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Own technical issues end‑to‑end, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
• Support onboarding, migrations, environment uplift activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure‑as‑code using Terraform, Bicep or similar tools.
• Monitor, optimise and maintain system availability, security, performance and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and client stakeholders to resolve complex technical problems.
• Contribute to documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Motivated Level 2/3 Cloud & Systems Engineer with experience in modern Microsoft cloud environments.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems for enterprise and government customers.
• Existing NV1 security clearance (mandatory).
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
