Clinical Team Leader

About the role

Better. Together., a free mental health service for people aged 18 and over across the Murrumbidgee region, is looking for a Clinical Team Leader to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary clinical team across its Wagga Wagga and Young hubs. The role combines hands-on clinical practice with leadership, supporting a team of clinicians delivering care to people with severe and/or complex mental health needs.

Key responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the clinical workforce and help the team navigate complex situations and make sound clinical decisions.
• Work closely with the Service & GP Partnerships Manager and other Service Team Leaders to turn organisational priorities into practice.
• Bring clinical, peer and psychosocial teams together so they can work effectively with participants, families, carers and the wider care network.
• Maintain a clinical caseload, providing therapeutic interventions directly to participants.
• Support the capability, confidence and development of the team.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification and current registration or accreditation at the level required for the discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading frontline teams and coordinating daily operations.
• Right to work in Australia, 100 points of ID and a valid driver's licence, with willingness to travel.
• Satisfactory National Police Record Check, International Police Check (if applicable), Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (Quality Safety and You).

What we offer

• Salary of $114k-$120k plus superannuation, depending on qualifications and experience.
