Clinical Supervisor (Speech Pathologist)

About the role

Ignite Healthcare, a clinician-led, community-based allied health provider working across Melbourne, is looking for a Speech Pathology Clinical Supervisor due to its growth. The supervisor provides supervision for clinicians new to or early in their Allied Health community practice, helping new graduates, early-career clinicians and those new to community practice build confidence and skills while supporting quality and continuous care. The role is full-time or part-time.

Key responsibilities

• Support Speech Pathology students on clinical placement with Ignite Healthcare.
• Provide clinical supervision to new graduate clinicians, early career clinicians and clinicians new to community practice in speech pathology.
• Achieve individual key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Tertiary education in Speech Pathology.
• Registered with the Speech Pathology Association (SPA).
• Clinical experience in the disability sector (NDIS, My Aged Care Home Care Package).
• Preferred: experience in an interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary allied health environment.
• Excellent written, verbal and computer literacy; current driver's licence.
