Clinical Provider (Telehealth & Onsite) – Grafton

About the role

Intellect is seeking qualified counsellors and clinical psychologists to deliver 1:1 telehealth and occasional onsite coaching, counselling, or therapy‑style consultations for employees across Australia. The role supports wellbeing, stress, and resilience while collaborating with Intellect’s internal clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 telehealth and onsite coaching, counselling, or therapy‑style consultations (general advice only).
• Deliver the Critical Incident Stress Programme (CISP) virtually or onsite as required.
• Facilitate optional webinars and in‑person seminars.
• Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team to improve EAP programs.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Counselling, Counselling Psychology, or Clinical Psychology from an APAC‑accredited program.
• Active membership/registration with ACA, PACFA, or AHPRA (including registration with the Psychology Board of Australia).
• 1–3 years of supervised counselling or clinical practice experience.
• Willingness to obtain Police Check/Working With Children Check and Medicare provider number if required.
