Clinical Project Manager / Senior Clinical Project Manager

About the role

Avance Clinical is seeking experienced Clinical Project Managers and Senior Clinical Project Managers to lead innovative early‑phase clinical trials for biotech and pharmaceutical clients. The role involves end‑to‑end ownership of studies, acting as the primary contact for sponsors, sites and cross‑functional teams while ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage clinical trials from start‑up through close‑out, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Serve as the main point of contact for sponsors, sites and internal teams, facilitating clear communication and issue resolution.
• Provide strategic client interaction and influence project outcomes while working autonomously.

Required profile

• Experience managing clinical trials within a CRO, pharmaceutical company, clinical research or site environment.
• A degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences or a related discipline.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Experience in early‑phase studies and healthy volunteer trials is highly regarded.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growing CRO environment.
