Clinical Nurse – Rural 10‑Bed Facility

About the role

Theodore Multipurpose Health Service is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to provide advanced, patient‑centred care in a close‑knit rural setting. You will work in a 10‑bed facility delivering emergency, inpatient, outpatient, aged‑care and telehealth services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver advanced nursing care with autonomy and sound clinical decision‑making.
• Provide clinical leadership, promote safety and high‑quality service excellence.
• Coordinate and lead the multidisciplinary team, acting as Shift Coordinator when required.
• Support, supervise and mentor nursing staff and students to foster professional growth.
• Drive continuous improvement through education, research, quality initiatives and practice evaluation.

Required profile

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with the NMBA through AHPRA.
• Post‑graduate qualifications highly desirable or commitment to complete within an agreed timeframe.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver advanced, person‑centred clinical care.
• Exceptional clinical leadership, professionalism and communication skills.
