Clinical Nurse Educator - ICU

About the role

Bayside Health is recruiting a Clinical Nurse Educator for its Intensive Care unit at Peninsula University Hospital in Frankston. The position is ongoing, full time or part time, and sits within the education and clinical leadership teams, focusing on education that mitigates risk, advances clinical practice and develops staff from novice to expert. It takes part in the planning, development, coordination, implementation, delivery and evaluation of education services for the Peninsula Care Group.

Required profile

• Registered nurse with current, condition-free AHPRA registration.
• Postgraduate qualification in Advanced Clinical Nursing in Intensive Care or Critical Care.
• Extensive current experience working in ICU.
• Prior experience teaching or supporting learners.
• Postgraduate Education qualification and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment are desirable.
