Client Success Coordinator

About the role

Nine is Australia's largest locally owned media company, owning premium news, sport and entertainment brands such as The Sydney Morning Herald and The Australian Financial Review. This entry-level Client Success Coordinator role sits within Nine Publishing and reports to the Client Success Lead. You will help drive corporate client satisfaction, manage digital and print accounts and deliver post-sale support.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard corporate subscription clients across print and digital platforms so they get timely access.
• Manage and renew existing accounts in the Team Licence portfolio, spotting upselling and growth opportunities.
• Answer client enquiries by phone and email promptly and engagely.
• Troubleshoot technical access issues and provide ongoing post-sale care.
• Maintain accurate client records, user access rights and publication preferences.
• Keep data accurate in Salesforce and run customer satisfaction reports.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-first approach.
• Eagerness to find account growth opportunities.
• High attention to detail, good time management and organisation.
• Team player who can take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Right to work and live in Australia.

Required skills

• Digital literacy with MS Office and Google Suite.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs is a bonus.
