Client Service Manager – Sales & Service

About the role

State Street is seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to join its Client Service Team in Sydney. The role focuses on delivering high‑value services and solutions to clients, ensuring consistent quality and supporting the evolution of State Street’s service portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive client services, managing relationships and addressing escalated issues.
• Monitor inquiry metrics, communicate resolutions, and escalate unresolved matters to senior management.
• Inform senior leadership of service developments, issues, and new business opportunities.
• Facilitate cross‑functional communication to resolve client queries and drive high‑quality service delivery.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise for onboarding new business and project work.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and increase revenue.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and accountability with the ability to manage change.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients, senior management, and stakeholders.
• Experience in custody, fund accounting, or fund administration environments.
• Professional maturity and proven stakeholder management experience.

Required skills

• Knowledge of asset servicing, custody, and fund administration processes.
• Understanding of compliance, fiduciary reviews, controls, and audit procedures.
