Client Care Coordinator

About the role

Greencross Vets Deeragun is looking for an experienced Client Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for clients and ensure smooth clinic operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage reception area, coordinate appointments, bookings and daily schedules.
• Greet clients and patients, handle enquiries in person, by phone and email.
• Process payments, manage accounts and admission/discharge paperwork.
• Support workflow between reception, nursing and veterinary teams.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records and assist with preventative healthcare reminders.

Required profile

• Previous experience in veterinary reception, client care or practice administration.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and organisational skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in a busy environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with veterinary terminology and clinic workflows.
• Experience using veterinary practice management software such as RxWorks.
