About the role

Centurion is seeking a motivated Claims Coordinator to join its Perth team on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. You will coordinate customer claims from receipt through to resolution, working closely with Operations, Safety, Finance, Commercial and Customer Service teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor customer claims through to resolution, liaising with customers, operational branches and internal stakeholders.
  • Collect, review and maintain supporting documentation and evidence, track outstanding actions and follow up with responsible parties.
  • Maintain accurate records within MyOSH and other business systems, monitor claim ageing and prepare status reports.

Required profile

  • Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in claims administration, customer service, coordination or compliance.

Required skills

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience using MyOSH or similar management systems (preferred).
