Civil Supervisor – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to lead civil works on a high‑profile energy infrastructure project in Perth’s CBD and surrounding suburbs. You will manage crews and subcontractors, ensuring safe, efficient delivery of trenching, duct installation, cable works and road reinstatement in live, high‑traffic urban environments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of civil works including trenching, duct installation, road reinstatement and asphalt works.
• Coordinate site crews, subcontractors and resources to meet program milestones.
• Lead safe execution of works in live‑utility environments, ensuring permit compliance and risk controls.
• Oversee traffic management implementation in busy CBD locations.
• Monitor site productivity, progress and quality, and resolve issues proactively.
• Maintain daily coordination with engineers, planners and project stakeholders.
• Uphold ACCIONA’s safety, environmental and quality standards at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor on infrastructure projects.
• Ability to work night shifts (ad‑hoc) and occasional weekends.
• Strong coordination and problem‑solving skills in challenging urban settings.
