About the role
This senior finance position will set and execute the financial strategy for a privately‑held industrial manufacturing company operating across multiple countries in the APAC region.
Key responsibilities
- Lead finance and IT teams and oversee group consolidated financial reporting using SAP.
- Review standard costing for projects, manage banking relationships, working capital and forward contracts.
- Prepare board reports, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, tax and statutory compliance.
- Collaborate with business unit heads to challenge assumptions, influence decisions and recommend cost‑optimisation measures.
- Drive finance transformation initiatives supporting growth into new markets and industries.
Required profile
- Proven experience providing business unit leadership with visibility of financial performance, key trends and detailed cost‑margin analysis.
- Strong background in manufacturing finance, including projections and standard cost analysis.
