Chef – Aged Care (Casual)

About the role

Pinnacle People is recruiting chefs and aged care chefs for its Canberra team through its temporary staffing division. Candidates are asked to have experience in aged care, hospitals, schools, the corporate sector or private residences. Suitable candidates can start immediately, with multiple shifts available.

Required profile

• Previous experience in aged care, hospitals, schools, the corporate sector or private homes
• Attention to detail and high food presentation standards
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• A minimum of Cert III (or equivalent)
• HACCP, WH&S and knowledge of dietary requirements highly regarded
• Right to work in Australia; police check or willingness to obtain one
• Covid and flu vaccinations up to date (for aged care)
