Channel Director, B2B eCommerce

About the role

As a member of the ANZ Sales Leadership team, you will lead the B2B eCommerce channel, shaping strategy and driving growth across the region. You will foster an immersive, learning‑focused culture while delivering best‑in‑class digital experiences for LEGO customers.

Key responsibilities

• Steer the eCommerce team and embed an omnichannel, full‑funnel growth engine aligned with ANZ strategic priorities.
• Develop and execute channel strategy, customer business plans, and long‑term roadmap.
• Collaborate with Hyper, LBR, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Demand Planning to ensure integrated performance.
• Lead end‑to‑end performance optimisation, including on‑platform execution, SEO/SEM, retail media and campaign effectiveness.
• Manage senior relationships with pure‑play and omnichannel eCommerce customers, driving joint business planning and top‑to‑top engagement.
• Define reporting frameworks, use data‑driven insights to optimise commercial outcomes.
• Partner with regional and global teams to share best practices and leverage capabilities.
• Build and develop a high‑performing eCommerce team with a test‑and‑learn mindset.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in B2B eCommerce or omnichannel retail.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sustainable growth.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and align teams around shared goals.
• Excellent analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
