Change Manager

About the role

As a Change Manager within the Talent & Culture (T&C) division, you will define and support change management activities for T&C projects and initiatives. You will design and deliver end‑to‑end change plans, contribute to strategic programmes, and help uplift employee experience in line with the ANZ 2030 Strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end design and delivery of change plans for T&C initiatives and projects.
• Scope and assess change impact (magnitude, complexity, materiality) and design appropriate change approaches.
• Deliver integrated change plans to identified stakeholders.
• Facilitate the case for change and align leadership around change objectives.
• Coach and support T&C leaders in sponsoring and leading change.
• Develop and communicate the change narrative to convey the “why and how” of initiatives.
• Use and continuously improve change tools and systems to ensure successful delivery.
• Create and analyse change load data to inform broader T&C planning.
• Track progress of change delivery and support course correction with delivery teams.
• Foster a culture that embraces change and risk management alongside initiative delivery.

Required profile

• Experience supporting T&C or technology projects in a change management capacity.
• Strong understanding of organisational change principles, methods, processes and techniques.
• Expertise in change process design and facilitation.
• Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes.
• Capability to coach and support senior leaders through change.
