Change Lead, ANZ

About the role

Zurich Cover-More, the global travel brand of Zurich Insurance Group, is running Project Sirius, a major programme to modernise its technology, processes, customer experiences and ways of working. It is seeking an experienced Change Lead to drive the people side of this transformation across ANZ, partnering with business leaders, product teams, operations and technology teams so that people, partners and processes are ready to adopt new capabilities. This is a maximum term contract until 31 December 2028.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated change strategy aligned with the global transformation roadmap.
• Assess impacts across people, processes, systems, customer journeys and partner interactions.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, sponsor alignment and change champion networks.
• Drive adoption of shared global processes while balancing regional business needs.
• Prepare teams for changes in digital customer experiences, case management, claims, policy servicing, automation, data and reporting.
• Shape communications, learning and readiness activities, and partner with business leaders to define future ways of working and identify capability gaps.
• Assess readiness for major releases and recommend go-live decisions.
• Measure adoption, gather feedback and embed sustainable change, including supporting automation, AI and process transformation.

Required profile

• Strong track record leading organisational change for large-scale technology or business transformation programmes.
• Experience developing change strategies, impact assessments, stakeholder plans, communications, training and readiness frameworks.
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills, including partnering with senior leaders.
• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments with global and regional teams.
• Able to turn complex change into clear, actionable messages.
• Experience measuring adoption, readiness and business outcomes.
• Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Structured change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or equivalent.
• Agile, waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
